Jayne assists clients in operationalizing strategic plans into comprehensive, day-to-day activities that use best and promising evidence-based programs, and include the support systems needed for effective implementation.
Measurement & Evaluation
Realistic evaluation plans must be built on the available data and data collection systems. Jayne works with clients to identify the metrics and systems that are needed to provide ongoing program and outcome-based monitoring.
Accountability
Jayne is available to assist clients in implementing positive ownership, responsibility and authority throughout groups including Board of Directors, executive staff, front line workers and volunteers. Services include:

Meeting Facilitation
Jayne has facilitated a wide range of meetings from small group work sessions to diverse groups of up to 90 people. She works with the client to clearly identify the intended outcomes, using multiple techniques to ensure that all participants are engaged.
Training
Jayne Andreen is a skilled trainer, having conducted workshops on a wide range of topics across Alaska and the lower 48 states. She served as a national trainer for the Systems Change for Health © from 2009 to 2017, a five-workshop curriculum developed by the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill’s Gillings School of Global Public Health.
Jayne has developed a range of trainings from one-hour seminars to two-day workshops, incorporating adult learning theory to increase the participants’ ability to incorporate the information in fun and practical ways. She is available to develop and tailor trainings to meet the client’s specific needs in the following areas:
